The Opportunity
Davidson are partnering with our admired client within the education sector who are looking for a Change and Communications Officer. This is an exciting 14-month fixed term contract opportunity.
The Role
As a Change and Communications Officer, you will collaborate with senior leaders, business representatives, and delivery teams to plan and manage change and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating change and communications projects, including stakeholder engagement.
- Producing high-quality plans and communication artefacts.
- Delivering activities that foster a sense of credibility and growth within the community.
- Coordinating project communication channels and identify interesting success stories.
- Collaborating with leadership teams to run engagement programs and support the management of issues.
About You
To be a successful candidate you will have demonstrated experiences working in dynamic environments, exhibit strategic thinking, and excel in communication and change management. The ideal candidate will also possess a blend of practical experience and strong interpersonal skills.
You will also have:
- Practical experience in business change within an Agile environment, or equivalent education and training in a business change management environment.
- Ability to provide advice on change matters to senior management and stakeholders to enhance organizational outcomes.
- Proven project and change management expertise, including planning, coordination, and implementation using diverse methodologies.
- Initiative, strategic thinking, creativity, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, collaborate, consult, and negotiate with stakeholders.
