Change and Communication Manager
***This Organisation leads in government ICT strategy, providing end-user services, managing systems, infrastructure, and offering widespread tech support while improving ICT investment management.

  • As a Change and Communication Manager, you will navigate organisational transitions by creating effective strategies and communication plans.
  • Your role is to ensure smooth change implementation while keeping everyone informed and engaged

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans and guiding teams.
  • Offer strategic communication support to senior executives.
  • Develop change plans and engaging materials like newsletters, web content, and presentations.
  • Provide communication advice, crafting plans, and strategic messaging for executives.
  • Conduct workshops, impact assessments, and guide stakeholders in enhancing change capabilities.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders closely, tracking progress and measuring success.
  • Maintain a toolkit for change management and communication.
