Seeking an Electrical Supervisor within the Fire Industry based in Sydney for a well established Client within the Fire Industry.

They will be supervising and supporting a team of tradesmen, technicians and relevant subcontractors to perform preventative and reactive maintenance across a large customer base of residential aged care, hospitals, commercial, retail, education and government projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and organisational management to a team of electrical fire technicians and
- apprentices

  • Ensure that the performance of the team meets key indicators
  • Ensuring workload and responsibilities are shared across the team
  • Managing material levels and ensuring that the inventory is at correct levels
  • Responsible for team and individual training and professional growth
  • Providing excellent customer service by being a first point of contact for clients on site

Job Requirements:

  • A strong technical background in electrical service in the Fire Protection industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team, with experience in remote workforce management
  • A strong knowledge of the Australian Standards relevant to Fire detection Systems, Installation, and
- maintenance

  • Competent in scheduling work, project performance reporting, quoting and estimating, and a strong
- customer service focus.

  • Sound commercial acumen with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver
- quality outcomes within budget.
