The Opportunity:
Come and join our team We are seeking a
Community Disability Support Worker located in
Churchill and Morwell.
You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance or willingness to obtain
What shifts are we offering?
We are currently offering the below shifts, we are not offering active nights OR sleepovers. We require a minimum of 3 full days of availbility.

Monday: 8.30am - 6.30pm pm - 4.00pm

Tuesday: 8.30am - 6.30pm am - 1.00pm

Wednesday: 8.30am - 6.30pm +1.00pm - 4.00pm

Thursday: 10.00am - 1.00pm + 6.30pm - 8.30pm

Friday: 1.00pm - 4.00pm AND 6.30pm - 8.30pm

Saturday: 6.30pm - 8.30pm (occasional but not consistent 8.30am - 6.30pm)

Sunday: 6.30pm - 8.30pm (occasional but not consistent 8.30am - 6.30pm)
