As a
Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities and providing top-notch services to our clients.

Position Overview:


As a
Facilities Coordinator , you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various aspects of facility management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our clients and their employees.

You will work closely with the facilities management team, building maintenance personnel, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work for building systems, equipment, and common areas to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
  • Respond promptly to facilityrelated requests and incidents, addressing them effectively and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, schedule services, and ensure work quality meets established standards.
  • Assist in managing contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and facilityrelated documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and managing the facility's budget, tracking expenses, and identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a related field is preferred.

To be successful for the required Security Clearance, you must be an Australian Citizen
:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
