The Opportunity

In this role you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across Coles state-of-the-art Distribution Centre located in Edinburgh, South Australia.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.
  • Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the site. Including cleaning, security, contractor management, selfdelivery staff and waste management.
  • Manage annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritising funds to support required services.
  • Drive continuous improvement. Implement and develop safety standards and procedures including conducting audits across the site.
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream
  • advantageous.
  • Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment.
  • Experience with budget responsibility, including capital and operational budget management.
  • Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships. Experience working closely with local and nationally based clients, contractors, technicians and team members.
  • Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence. Willing to travel interstate as required.
