About the role


RAV has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture professional (P&C) to join their team as P&C Officer.


Working within a team of 3, your key responsibilities will be relating to coordinating the implementation of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist them to develop, implement, communicate and train their staff to support the full use of systems.

You will also undertake generalist P&C work across the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, engagement/culture activities and performance etc. as well as provide advice and information in relation to RAV's Enterprise Agreements, our policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

  • HRIS SME
  • Assist to develop, coordinate and implement the onboarding of RAV's new HRIS and train users in all modules;
  • Generalist recruitment activities and processing in the HRIS, onboarding activities, engagement/culture activities and performance / development etc;
  • Assist with support, advice, coaching to staff in relation to (P&C) policies, procedures, RAV's Enterprise Agreements and a wide range of generalist requirements across the employment lifecycle as required.

Skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law (or related);
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and training staff in the use of an HRIS preferrable;
  • Previous experience implementing/using various HRIS systems and a keen interest in coordinating this within an organisation;
  • Previous generalist P&C experience having worked in a similar role across the employment lifecycle;
  • Ability to provide advice on Enterprise Agreements and various policies as well as the Fair Work Act and employment legislation.
