An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Integrated Supply Coordinator to join our National Sales division until 31st March 2025.


The National Sales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet, integrated planning, and logistics activities in order to achieve vehicle sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.


The Integrated Supply Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting vehicle volume forecasting and production ordering activities to ensure optimal new vehicle supply and allocation to the dealer network.

This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.


How you'll make an impact- Implement agreed vehicle volume forecasting and production ordering processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve product mix and vehicle supply objectives.

Support the development and presentation of market analysis, planning mix studies, stock standards to support AST process (twice a year) with TMC.- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for vehicle volume forecasting and production ordering to improve and optimise new vehicle supply and allocation to the dealer network.- Collate and analyse vehicle volume data from dealers and business managers to support vehicle volume forecasting and dealer vehicle allocation.- Monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommend countermeasures where required.- Maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.- Provide support to Lexus dealers with general SAP enquiries to create dealer build in the system.


Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you- Supply Chain and demand planning experience.- Experience with forecasting and reporting.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot tables).- Experience using SAP (desirable).- Experience and knowledge with dealership operations.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
