About the team
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
You will be playing a hybrid role across our Business Planning and Business Operations teams within the Australia and New Zealand Monetization Strategy & Operations organization.
These teams play core roles in driving business growth by identifying new revenue levers as well as executing process improvements and optimization initiatives through data-driven analytics.
This highly organized and efficient professional must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be familiar with prioritising multiple business needs and be adaptable to change while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor salesrelated metrics and provide the sales analysis report by providing insight and offering analytic advice and analysis to guide the business.
- Identify, scope, and drive regional revenuegrowth projects and drive alignment with crossfunctional teams.
- Partner with the Sales team to understand their needs and gather requirements which will be used to optimize systems and processes that drive growth.
- Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and projectrelated requirements issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, Product Managers, and Sales teams to identify opportunities for internal systems improvement, ensuring that new features meet all business needs.
- Enhance sales support systems and provide support for regional requirements management and rollout.
- Provide contract advice, troubleshooting, and documentation training to Sales teams.
- Onboard and operate custom contracts.
- Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the team scales.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or other related fields.
- Highly driven, very attentive, and have a passion for learning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Team player with the ability to manage expectations across time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior sales strategy, sales operations, product, finance, strategy, consulting, investment banking or related analytical experience. Big tech, highgrowth startup, or advertising industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity or exposure to CRM (eg. Salesforce) and BI visualization tools (eg. Tableau).
- Experience in project management, can lead complex analysis independently and communicate insights in a simplified manner. Able to think strategically about complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations.
