The Monetization Strategy & Operations team is all about providing crucial business insights through analytics, ensuring alignment of goals, and driving strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We are committed to aligning company priorities with day-to-day operations and nurturing early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a member of our team, you'll have a dual role in both Business Planning and Business Operations, focusing on driving business growth by identifying new revenue opportunities and optimizing processes through data-driven analytics.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the main strategic partner for our Sales team, offering insights, analysis, and guidance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide analysis reports to steer the business in the right direction.
  • Lead regional revenue-growth projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with the Sales team to optimize systems and processes based on their requirements.
  • Document data flows, procedures, and requirements analysis for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Support sales through contract advice, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Optimize monetization processes as the team expands.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related fields.
  • Highly driven, attentive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive actions.
  • Great team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales strategy, operations, finance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM and BI visualization tools.
  • Project management experience with strong analytical capabilities.
