We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE.

From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential live creators across different verticals within and beyond TikTok. Be able to outreach creators strategically and professionally, and get them onboard to the live community so as to build live supplies in a short period of time.
  • Responsible for daily communication with live creators. Ensure live creators have a better go-live journey under your operation. Experienced in account and stakeholder management. Resolve ad-hoc issues resourcefully and swiftly. Establish rapport with live creators in the short term, and maintain a trustworthy, sustainable relationship in the long run.
  • Manage live creators' performances weekly. Take accountabilities on creators' key performance metrics. Determine trends and insights from data and provide strategic strategies for creators to enhance their live-streaming performance.
  • Support or lead the TikTok live-streaming campaigns by analysing the creator portraits and developing the campaign strategy and tactics to achieve the targeted result. Ensure the campaign ROI is positive, and the creator participation rate to live events is maximised.
  • Liaise with different teams and departments on live-streaming-related projects to get the best results for key stakeholders. Take briefs and debrief professionally with a great reporting skillset. Always back teammates up at your best, and stay sharp and chill when issues occur.
  • Support TikTok Academy in all training programs and seminars, and ensure the live creators have an excellent live-streaming learning journey. Support the team to develop the learning material, maximize participation, and collect creator feedback to conduct post-campaign analysis.
  • Perform other duties as necessary from time to time.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Understand the current status of the live-streaming industry in AUNZ. Being familiar with live streaming platforms or products.
  • Having a broad range of networks with local social media influencers, content creators, and digital marketing agencies. Creator networks in the live-streaming industry are highly preferred.
  • Minimum two years experience in particular industries, preferably live-streaming, short-form video sharing, influencer marketing, and digital marketing agency.
  • Being a team player who can embrace change, holding an open mindset, 100% self-driven and result-oriented, and strong in data analysis.
