As we embark on an exciting new period of growth, we need you to join us as our Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager, reporting directly to our General Manager, Strategy and Experience.

The Strategy and Experience team supports both the transformation of the Workplace Injury Commission and our purpose and vision.

Continuous Improvement to our core business process is essential to improving the experience of injured workers and all of our stakeholders.

This dynamic team works on a diverse range of short and long term projects, with varied work and multiple tasks a feature of all roles.

As an integral member of the Strategy and Experience Team, we need your skills to support the transformation of the Workplace Injury Commission in achieving its vision of delivering service excellence in alternative dispute resolution for workplace injuries, by playing an active role in enabling the organisation to set and achieve its strategic agenda.

As the Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager you will bring your strategic planning skills, take ownership of the annual business plan and be instrumental in the identification and management of key metrics that demonstrate successful delivery of the strategic plan.

You will also champion the development and embedding of a continuous improvement process that will enable ongoing incremental improvement in operations and injured worker outcomes.

Using your influencing skills, we want you to positively communicate the aims of the strategic plan for transformation, while working closely with your team to ensure high quality outcomes.

Your team will be looking to you to inspire, provide leadership, direction, mentoring and coaching to set them up for ultimate success.
