About the role
We have an opportunity for a **Security Officer

  • Grade 2** to be part of our People & Capability NSW Police Academy, People & Capability Command team. The Security Officer has the responsibility to perform safety and security services for the NSW Police Force in an ethical, efficient and costeffective manner for all Academy sites, facilities and persons therein.
Working in a small team, the position is responsible for on-site security, this includes (among other duties):

  • Staffing the front gate.
  • Locking and unlocking facilities.
  • Providing after hours assistance to students and visiting staff; and
  • General onsite security monitoring and patrols.
