About the role


We have an opportunity for an
Administration Coordinator to be part of the Human Resources team within the People and Capability Command of the NSWPF.

This position is located either in our newly refurbished office at Sydney Olympic Park, or at the NSW Police Academy in Goulburn.

The office at Olympic park is conveniently located near the railway, cafés and restaurants in a vibrant area of Sydney Olympic park.

The office in Goulburn offers a spacious office environment with free and secure on-site parking, café and gym facilities.

This role provides a broad range of administrative Human Resources services to the broader People and Capability Command.

The position works within a small HR team of 8 people based in Sydney and Goulburn providing human resources support to nearly 700 employees.

The position would suit an applicant with experience in workers compensation, payroll, policy and award conditions as well as analysis and reporting of HR information.


The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an eye for detail and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience in a records management system and Enterprise Resource Planning software (such as SAP), would be an advantage.

As the People and Capability Command provides services statewide, occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
