About the opportunity:


We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to be accountable for providing high quality administrative support to the relevant service area or directorate.


In this role:

  • Supporting various teams across CSPD.
  • Maintaining accurate and accessible team data using available system tools
  • Collating team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc.
  • Coordination of calendars, meetings and events
  • General administrative support

About you:

  • Relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated relevant experience
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Working with Children Check clearance
