You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying Third Party information to support achievement of recovery outcomes
- Provide quality service to customers and service suppliers by raising payments when required
- Delivering a consistent and positive customer experience to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure a timely and effective response to customer needs and the accurate processing of recovery claims
- Receipt payments to claims as they are identified and inform file manager of activity
- Assist team manager with additional activities as required
Important to your success:
- Experience in a dynamic customer service organisation
- Previous experience in a customer service role will be looked upon highly, but not mandated
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Pay high attention to details by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, combined with the ability to balance understanding, empathy and compassion with the best commercial outcome
