**Our client is seeking a motivated and pro active individual for the position of facilities and administration coordinator. This is an opportunity to work part time for an inclusive and supportive organisation celebrating diversity.

You will be providing a broad range of administrative services to meet the needs of the business.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide professional service to all entering the building.
  • Ensure all mail collection and distribution activities are completed according to documented procedures and established timeframes.
  • Supply of amenities and services to the facility.
  • Continuous maintenance and development of the internal staff directory.
  • Use effective and appropriate communication skills in handling all enquiries and ensuring appropriate referral and followup.
  • General office management tasks and reporting as required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in all communications with other Police Bank employees.
  • Undertake other duties as required by your manager or their delegate.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient understanding in the use of MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Physical ability to be able to lift and carry mail/parcels to the Post Office daily
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
