The Opportunity:
A major global financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Guest Relations Associate assist with Front of House operations. Working within a team environment, you will be the face of the company and provide a professional, personal and engaging interaction for any clients and staff using the in-house meeting facilities.

The Role:
 The role is being offered on a 4 week temporary assignment with opportunity to convert to a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier organisation and develop your skills and experience.

  • Providing the first point of contact for any client entering the building.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Managing the coordination of meeting room.
  • Working with the broader business services team to ensure the needs of the business and clients are met for meetings and events.
  • Ensuring you are delivering first class service at all times.

About You:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a corporate reception or high end hotel environment
  • Experience and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability and eagerness to build strong relationships with staff and clients
  • Immaculate and professional presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Ability to work within a small team and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
