THE VENUE


Opening February 2023 _Settimo _takes its cues from the Amalfi Coast, presenting beautiful Italian coastal cuisine that celebrates Brisbane's coastal sensibilities whilst upholding Grossi's Italian heritage through every touchpoint.

THE GIG

  • Settimo_ is seeking the best of the best industry talent that embodies 'sprezzatura', the Italian notion of considered nonchalance, to bring the full _Settimo _experience to life.
We are currently recruiting for a Guest Experience Executive.

The role is pivotal in driving forward Settimo's guest experience in terms of managing the restaurant's reservations via the booking platform, manage private events from booking through to execution.

You will have extensive knowledge of all social media platforms and have the ability to develop and create content. You will have a strong administration background and previous marketing experience is highly sought after.
