  • We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Corporate Guest Relations to join CBRE in Brisbane. You will be the 'face' of the Brisbane CBRE business, being the main interface with clients, staff, contractors and service providers as they pass through our client areas.**About the role:
  • First point of contact for all visitors, clients, meeting and greeting all visitors at reception, offering refreshments and escorting guests to meeting rooms
  • Organisation, set up and management of meeting room bookings, set up of internal events and assistance with external events
  • Manage office supplies and stationary items, ordering business cards, mail distribution, courier bookings, ensuring refreshments and kitchen are stocked.
  • Liaise with suppliers, building management team and contractors relating to the operation of the office, as required
  • Some administration and finance support, processing of supplier invoices and occasional responsibility for answering phones (as overflow from our centralised switch board) Opportunity to develop your skills and provide additional support to the Office Manager on various tasks and strategic projects.**About you:
  • Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Warm and relaxed manner with excellent communication skills
  • Professionally presented with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and take initiative to anticipate the needs of the CBRE team and clients
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines Microsoft Office skills
