The Role:

Requiring flexibility, this position will include occasional late-night guest assistance.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role overseeing medium to long-term stays
  • Fantastic customer service abilities through check-ins, check-outs and overall guest relations
  • Financially savvy with with strong business acumen, prior use of Newbook & Xero is advantageous
  • Great attitude and ability to work as a team player is essential.
  • Strong communication with prior leadership experience overseeing and liaising with other departments
