About the role

The NSW Institute of Sport is looking for a talented and enthusiastic part time Administrator, Marketing and Communications who will work proactively to establish and refine processes and systems to support Marketing and Communications activities and projects.

We are looking for an individual who can focus on the servicing and activation of sponsorship and supplier relationships, assist with the delivery of events and preparation of new partnership proposals and collate information for reporting purposes.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, commercial partnerships & communications preferably in a sporting environment
  • Experience in providing general administrative assistance for all marketing & communications initiatives
  • Experience of working with multiple external stakeholders and partners
  • Experience in developing proposal and activating and servicing commercial partners
  • A cover letter outlining how you meet the requirements and focus capabilities in the for the role (maximum 1 page)
  • An up to date CV outlining experience, qualifications and achievements (please include at least two referees)
  • A response to the prescreening questions below (maximum 500 words per question)
