Job Summary:
The Engagement Lead assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will partner cross functional teams to analyze data and loss prevention in retail environment.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather, analyse, and synthesize data related to loss prevention within the retail environment.
- Display loss related data using the Microsoft suite for a range of audiences.
- Act as a liaison between the Loss Prevention Team and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Lead efforts to identify trends and patterns in loss data, contributing to the development of proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide regular updates to the broader business on the progress and successes of the Loss Prevention Team, emphasizing positive outcomes and lessons learned.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance loss prevention awareness across the organization.
- All other duties, as assigned.
