We currently operate hotels across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland under our brands Punthill Apartment Hotels and Veriu Hotels & Suites.

Our hotels are run, structured and managed like small businesses and our Hotel Managers understand that genuine success requires them to remain focused on the commercial drivers that really equate to success.

  • Optimise business turnover and delivery of business operating profit
  • Design, execute and drive business development and growth
  • Establish a highperformance team aligned to our core values of Relationship Focused, Integrity, Personal Growth & Ownership Mindset
  • Hotel daily operations management in line with our Veri-Best Framework
  • Guest satisfaction and management
  • Business compliance and critical incident management
  • Facility and asset management
  • Management administration and reporting

Punthill South Yarra Grand is situated in the heart of South Yarra, just off Toorak Road and opposite South Yarra Station.
