We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for the effective management of all the hotels maintenance and projects.

A little about you:

  • A reliable individual with demonstrated experienced in building maintenance and/or facilities management*.
  • A peopleperson who enjoys interacting with others and can easily build rapport.
  • A strong focus on high standards.
  • Wellpresented and strives to achieve an excellent first impression.
  • Able to positively lead and motivate a team.
  • Appropriate work rights in Australia without restrictions.
  • Please note you may have similar attributes from your role in a different environment and not necessarily a hotel background.

A little about what you will be responsible for:

  • Managing our building plant and equipment, essential services, hotel rooms, F&B outlets and public areas maintenance.
  • Managing and mentoring our small maintenance team and various contractors.
  • Facilitating and assisting the maintenance team to ensure their productivity and quality of work.
  • Providing a safe and secure environment.
  • Anticipating and exceeding the needs of our guests.
This position is being offered on a full-time permanent basis. We are offering a competitive salary of
up to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation depending on experience and qualifications.
