Building Manager / Property Manager
Our company specialises in residential building management in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are currently hiring an Onsite Building Manager/Property Manager for our Gold Coast building.
The duties of the Building Manager/Property Manager include:
- Performing building management duties, liaising and maintaining a healthy working relationship with Body Corporate
- Prepare Building Mangers reports and attend Body Corporate meetings as directed
- Be on call to handle after hours emergencies and other various duties
- All aspects of Property Management end to end, including but not limited to routine inspections, leasing, entry and exit reports, bond claims, showing of rentals, liaise with property owners and tenants
- Previous Onsite Building & Property Management experience
- Experience in dealing with Body Corporates and Committees
- Hold a current real estate license
- Experience in using Property Me or other trust account software would be an advantage
