About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team at Amiri Building Engineering Inc Dba 120 Degreez. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and documentation for commercial and residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed designs and documentation for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Prepare and submit calculation booklets and detailed drawings of structures
- Check and control drawings to meet client needs
- Work under the supervision of senior civil engineers and report directly to project managers
- Provide cost-efficient solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Respond to and solve execution engineers' problems related to drawings
- Prepare detailed civil design plans using AutoCAD software
- Collect and analyze data, perform calculations, and show continuous improvement and understanding of civil engineering design
- Evaluate details of execution drawings and control restrictions in execution and workshop equipment
- Conduct surveys and submit survey reports
Requirements:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a related field
- At least 3+ years of Australian experience or 3+ years of overseas experience
- Specialist: Draftsperson - Civil Engineering
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
