Role
This role focuses on providing administrative support to the Risk and Compliance team.

Reporting to the Manager of Practice Risk/Global Risk Coordinator and Manager of Operational Risk, and working closely with the Global Head of Risk, this role requires confidentiality, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport at all levels

How?
Based in the Sydney CBD office your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide support in coordinating and preparing materials and reports for the firm's professional indemnity programme;
  • Provide support in the administration of the firm's professional indemnity claims database;
  • Prepare agenda and minutes of Risk Team meetings;
  • Provide administration support in relation to the delivery of the firm's risk management framework and compliance framework;
  • Coordinate meetings and documentation as required;
  • Manage and maintain files (electronic and paper);
  • Provide support for Client Surveys including data analysis
  • Coordinate education and communication materials; and
  • Provide additional support where required to the Risk Team including the Global Head of Risk/Australian Head of Risk.
  • Billing and AMEX reconciliation;
  • Answer telephones and providing answers to general queries;
  • Manage leave for the team; Diary management; and travel arrangements.
