About the Company

We are partnering with a top-tier Consultancy to engage with passionate Customer Service Agents for an initial 6-month contract, working with a leading energy provider.


The Role

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for answering enquiries and being the first point of contact for clients on a large collections project.


Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering first-line enquiries
  • Communicating with SMEs when required
  • Identifying hardship triggers for customers
  • Validating forms for the correct process

About You
To be successful in this role you should have the following experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Call Centre or equivalent customer service experience
  • Experience with various, relevant software/technology
  • Immaculate Phone Manner
  • Able to start immediately
