About the role

Specific duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Producing all listing, sales and leasing documentation
  • Overseeing all sales contracts administration from start to settlement
  • General accounts receivable and payable
  • Daily reconciliations of trust accounts and general accounts
  • Prepare invoices for marketing and commission
  • Working closely with Property Manager
  • Prepare property brochures and ebooks
  • Coordinate photography and copy writing
  • Organise open for inspections
  • Organise settlement gifts
  • Liaise with solicitors throughout the sales process
  • Prepare appraisal and listing papers for appointments

Skills and experience

  • You are professional in your service to clients and customers
  • You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • You are well presented and have a positive team attitude
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work autonomously in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Maturity and ability to juggle multiple pressing tasks at once
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
