A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient processing in accordance with our service level agreements and to our customers' requirements.
Accounts Payable
- Processing invoices
- Completion of invoice approval process
- Proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Reconciliation of Vendor payments
- Weekly/Monthly payment process deadlines
- Additional duties as required to support team and department objectives
Accounts Receivable
- Raising invoices
- Process daily bank statements, allocate payments and complete bank reconciliations
- Proactively follow up invoices and progress claims for payment by due date
- Accurately maintain all accounts receivable records and reports
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
- Review contract documentation for accuracy on final accounts
- Additional duties as required to support team and department objectives
Skills & Experience Prerequisites
- Some AP/AR experience desirable and we will further with training and support
- Ability to follow procedures and build up knowledge through performing AP/AR tasks
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing, and flexible environment
- Very high attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Ability to communicate and liaise with a variety of colleagues and customers
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with several systems across many Companies
- Ability to work and contribute within a team supporting continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Strong at building partnerships and working collectively with others to meet shared goals
