A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different,but you'll mostly be:Managing and delegating everyday duties for our team of committed hospitality professionalsDevelop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleaguesIdentify opportunities to drive revenue generation through promotions, special events and upsell programs that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value.

Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiencesManaging food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practicesWorking closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenueMultitasking to oversee multiple teams, kitchens, food outlets and conferencing operations.

What we need from youMinimum 4 years of related experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel settingBachelor's degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferredExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and staff.

Ability to build and lead an enthusiastic and collaborative teamExcellent financial acumen and strategic thinkingResponsible Persons Badge ID Badge and Food Safety Certificate, as required by local lawYou must have current and ongoing rights to work in Australia to be eligible for this role.
