Our established financial services client is embarking on an enterprise digital transformation, which is fundamentally different to anything undertaken previously.

This Modernisation will materially improve their customer, partner, and employee experiences to deliver their strategy.

By placing value and emphasis on a human centred approach, they will be there for people when they need them most, driven by their purpose of enabling a more resilient future.

Reporting into the Transformation Director you will be working closely with stakeholders across business and technology. You will be developing and communicating the change management plan for the enterprise modernisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build awareness, understanding and embedment of the cultural and organisational changes driven by the modernisation
  • Develop and execute an integrated organisational change and communications campaign strategy in conjunction with the Communications team
  • Provide oversight for organisational change management and communications resources

You will have:

  • High level change management and communication expertise within an environment of transformation
  • You will have strong communications experience, and be skilled in streamlining communications and storytelling bringing together different communications teams
  • Exceptional strategic skills, with an ability to plan and prioritise aligned to desired outcomes
  • Influencing and negotiation abilities, with an ability to build and achieve buyin for a vision
  • Experience with Agile ways of working will be highly valued
