About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Infrastructure Domain Architecture team and take our practice to the next level. As a key member of our Group Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage a Team: Manage a team of Solution Architects and influence stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making and deliver pragmatic outcomes.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Work with business and IT stakeholders across the Woolworths Group to understand their priorities and advise on strategic business technology options.
  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Provide solution architecture delivery through development and coordination, ensuring optimum business-aligned technology solutions, governance, and quality.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Work with the broader leadership team and the wider Architecture team to drive continuous improvement and innovation while ensuring consistency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure solution architecture teams within a large and complex environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability to structure complex problems and negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Team player with strong people management and communication skills.
  • Change Management: A track record of driving change initiatives.
  • Industry Experience: A strong history of working within complex IT projects and across multiple project teams/domains. Consumer Products, Retail, or Supply Chain experience will be highly regarded.
