About the Role

  • Daytoday responsibilities include:
  • Working with deals teams to deliver contract documents, RFP's, Head Agreements, SOW's and work packages
  • Managing frontend negotiations
  • Contract drafting
  • Managing existing contracts
  • Managing new header agreements
  • Contributing to and/or managing the contract ideation stage, negotiation, implementation, and contract execution

Requirements:

  • 26 years' experience in contract management
  • Must have experience in frontend negotiations, contract drafting and delivery
  • Previous experience in Technology and/or Telecommunications contract management is highly advantageous
  • Financial understanding/background is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the bid process is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
