In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their pain points, provide strategic guidance, and offer innovative solutions to address their business and digital transformation needs. Your deep telco domain expertise will enable you to understand the client's context, and your ability to engage at a strategic level will position you as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex program management efforts, overseeing the successful delivery of projects in terms of quality, scope, financial performance, and resource management.
  • Work closely with NCS Australia Practices, Telco+ Leadership, and the Global Delivery Network (GDN) to build the right capabilities and offerings to meet client needs.
  • Identify and create growth opportunities within accounts, ensuring that client relationships flourish while driving revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven consulting industry experience focusing on leadership and account management within a telecommunication client.
  • Strong program management experience within complex enterprise environments.
  • Previous experience creating and resourcing large delivery teams, centers of excellence or onshore/offshore delivery programs.
  • Possess broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships.
  • Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing programs in the CMT sector.
  • Experience managing measured productivity-driven operations or teams.
  • Consulting practitioner with strong influencing skills and the ability to take stakeholders at all levels on a journey.
