Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their pain points and provide strategic guidance.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address business and digital transformation needs.
  • Lead complex program management efforts, overseeing successful project delivery in terms of quality, scope, financial performance, and resource management.
  • Work closely with NCS Australia Practices, Telco+ Leadership, and the Global Delivery Network (GDN) to build capabilities and offerings that meet client needs.
  • Identify and create growth opportunities within accounts, ensuring client relationships flourish while driving revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven consulting industry experience focusing on leadership and account management within a telecommunication client.
  • Strong program management experience within complex enterprise environments.
  • Previous experience creating and resourcing large delivery teams, centers of excellence, or onshore/offshore delivery programs.
  • Broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, with the ability to develop/enhance client relationships.
  • Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing programs in the CMT sector.
  • Experience managing measured productivity-driven operations or teams.
  • Consulting practitioner with strong influencing skills and the ability to take stakeholders at all levels on a journey.
