**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a creative and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team as we develop digital marketing campaigns to increase Rapid Global’s brand awareness, generate leads and improve the customer journey

This role is offered in a full time or part time capacity (0.6 - 0.8FTE)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all digital marketing initiatives to acquire new leads and increase brands online visibility both nationally and internationally
- Create, implement, and manage organic social media strategies on social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts; social media insights and other web analysis tools
- Create captivating content for both articles and social media to build online presence
- Analyse results and acquire insight for online marketing trends for future digital strategies, campaigns, and social media
- Work closely with the Website Development Team and UX designer to enhance customers online journey and optimise the website
- Work closely with Product Development team to ensure smooth implementation of new products, features, and services across Rapid’s online channels

**To be successful, you'll have**:

- Minimum 2 years B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in the technology industry
- Management reporting on all ROI results
- Ability to write and create digital marketing content that engages new and existing customers
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and creating visual content for digital platforms
- A good understanding of the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks
- The ability to work within our core business hours Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time, or permanent part-time basis (0.6 - 0.8FTE)
