The Role:


  • Set, meet and exceed KPI's across the financial planning group.
  • Manage and report on budget.
  • Set development plans for key staff members.
  • Coach and mentor key staff
  • Collaborate across sites/divisions to ensure leads are generated to Financial planning group

To be successful in the role your will need:

Essential qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification

Desirable qualifications:

  • Completion of a Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) approved bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Completion of the FASEA exam
  • Graduate Certificate of Financial Planning
  • Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Master of Financial Planner
  • 5 years' experience is running practice.
  • Competent in Xplan
  • Competent in Karbon
  • Competent in Commpay

Essential qualities or behaviours:

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive and develop internal and external relationships.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal organisational and communication skills.
  • Enjoy working autonomously as well as within our talented team.
  • Committed to ethical and compliant dealings with clients.
  • Have a good understanding of the current legislative and technical framework in relation to investments, taxation, superannuation, and risk insurance.
  • Excellent Financial skills.
  • The ability to manage a changing environment.
  • Organisational Skills.
