About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Clinical Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Doctors&Co.

As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and growth across our multiple clinics. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve profit targets and exceed patient expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, where every team member feels valued and supported in their professional development journey.
  • Cultivate a Culture of Excellence: Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Drive Business Growth: Review market trends and patient insights to inform decision making and optimize business operations for maximum profitability.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Collaborate with the staff and doctors to manage clinic challenges and recognize achievements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Doctors&Co management team to supervise clinics and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Inspire and empower office managers to deliver exceptional performance in managing clinics.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Interpret data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Prior Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Practice Manager/Area Manager.
  • Medical Background: Prior experience in the medical and health field is highly preferred.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A focus on continuous improvement and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to cultivate lasting relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What We Offer:
