Job Description:

What you'll do

  • Assist with the implementation of NetSuite and Liaise with third parties i.e. vendor facing and development teams.
  • Assist in coordination and the rollout of enhancements to the production environment, which includes coordination of all IT areas involved in the rollout.
  • Initial point of contact for NetSuite support issues. Submit support tickets, manage NetSuite responses and changes, and manage support ticket escalations.
  • Responsible for administrating and supporting the NS production environment. Create and maintain custom roles and permissions within NS.
  • Ensure best practice ongoing configuration/development practices.

Qualifications:


This is a fantastic opportunity for a current NetSuite Administrator or an Accountant with NetSuite experience (as a user) who wants to learn more in this area and take the next step in their career.


What we are looking for

  • Experience as a NetSuite Administrator (Certified NetSuite Administrator preferred).
  • Knowledge of standard ERP business practices.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite reporting, customising Saved Searches and Analytics.
