Reporting to the National Manager Residential Engineering,

the Workforce Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of project workflow.

In this

new created position, you will be essential in enabling our teams timely, high quality delivery each and every time to our clients. You will provide proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders including our team leaders, engineers, and account managers, as externally with clients and customers.

rue generalist role where you will you busy and challenged every day covering:

  • Manage project workflow and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including team leaders, engineers, and account managers, to ensure that all project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clients and customers receive accurate and timely updates on project timelines.
  • Monitor project status and report any issues or delays to Team Leaders/Managers and External Client nominated stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for project workflow to improve consistency and quality.
  • Analyse workflow processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to the Internal Departmental Managers
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Support change within the business by ensuring that all activity promotes customer focus and value for money and that all activities are in line with corporate priorities and reflect best practice.

Technically you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop extensive computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • An ability to learn and understand CRM systems. Working knowledge of Netsuite is highly advantageous.
