Intrax Consulting Engineers are an Australian owned, mid-sized engineering company that provide an end to end service to our clients across a range of services including: Structural, Civil, Residential, Building Services, Forensic, Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering.


We're currently looking for an experienced
Operational Services Support Manager on a fix term 12 month contract who will manage a team of both local and offshore team members to ensure they continue to provide seamless support to both our clients and in-house teams.


What your role will look like day to day:

  • Assess work requirements, resource needs, and ensure all required tasks are delivered to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Prepare budget and forecast within the Operational Services Department
  • Plan, review, develop and maintain a departmental structure to deliver required services in the most costeffective manner
  • Recruitment and onboarding onshore & offshore
  • Prepare written monthly OSA management analysis reporting to management
  • Monthly Operational meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Streamline and provide effective financial administrative support for operational departments
  • Develop and maintain national pricing policy and pricing file
  • Provide regular training and coaching to staff members

What do you bring to the table:

  • Managed people or teams previously
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop extensive computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • An ability to learn and understand CRM systems. Working knowledge of Netsuite is highly advantageous
