Position summaryWHO WE ARE

About the Role:
Work collaboratively with the operational unit to meet project compliance and manning requirements on a needs basis
Review project briefs, manning histograms and training matrix for operational unit prior to commencement of mobilisation activities
Direct engagement with the workforce daily with regards to training and compliance; Tickets and licences renewals, client specific inductions, client forms and COVID vaccination compliance
Book Medicals, training and pre-mobilisation inductions and communicate with relevant parties to ensure attendance, compliance and successful completion
Coordinate site access requirements have been met and ready for employee to commence on site when required
Ensuring completion of all required administrative processes to ensure compliance with governance and record keeping
Maintenance of client and internal systems
ABOUT YOU
2 years + experience in a similar role in the construction industry or similar
Motivated team player
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, new and existing employees
Forward planner, ability to multitask
