The RoleWe are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our workforce management team based in our Victoria Park office. As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth mobilisation of our workforce to meet operational requirements. Your strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various sites will be essential in fostering a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with site representatives and workforce management team to ensure effective mobilisation and onboarding of employees
- Utilise your strong communication skills to maintain open communication with affected sites and ensure rostering changes are implemented smoothly
- Work closely with the workforce planning and forecasting team to identify and address any mobilisation challenges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams and mobilisation rostering team to ensure a collaborative and efficient mobilisation process

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in a rostering or site administration role within the resources sector
- Experience in talent pooling suitable employees for trade-based opportunities within a shutdown environment
- Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
- Experience with workforce planning and forecasting
- Ability to adapt to rostering changes and ensure communication is maintained with affected sites
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving ability and a team-focused mentality
