Job Description


EACH is on the lookout for an exceptional Payroll Business Partner to join our dynamic, high performing team and, in collaboration with other Payroll Business Partners, completing end -to-end payroll processing.

We want to hear from applicants who are committed to continuous improvement and driven to meet team objectives.

As our Payroll Business Partner, your focus will be on ensuring that EACH delivers the highest standard of customer service whilst still maintaining an accurate administration of the payroll function.

You'll work collaboratively with the team, as well as other stakeholders across the organisation, to improve payroll processes and ensure pay deadlines are met.

Additionally, you'll work with and support other Payroll Business Partners, providing advice to ensure the efficiency of payroll activities is maintained.

Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:A deep understanding of payroll principles, regulations and proceduresStrong systems navigation capabilities including Payroll and time and attendance systemsExperience interpreting various awards, agreements and the National Employment Standards preferredAn agile mindset, personal resilience, and a tenacity to get things doneBeing able to investigate the root cause of issues is also key to success in this role, as is the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities, experience working within a large complex organisation, and past experience in a similar role.
