Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working with Senior Leaders across the wider business, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Identifying opportunities for systems improvements and implementing enhancements.
* Ensuring optimal systems performance through regular updates and maintenance.
* Acting as the lead in projects related to systems upgrades and data flow management.
* Providing technical support, backup, and assistance to the HR team as well as conducting training sessions for end users.
* Collaborating on new projects and integrations.
As an ideal applicant, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience with payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, and Kronos.
* Ability to create and customise reports and dashboards.
* You will be a strong problem solver with the ability to provide support and training.
* A proven track record in leading successful projects.
* Working knowledge of Power Automate.
This is a permanent opportunity with a leading organisation, offering a salary of $110k - $120k plus super and free onsite parking.
