The Client Partner role is critical to our business and partners. You'll be responsible for the end to end success of your customers' in the platform, engaging with cross-functional teams to successfully manage, grow and empower all platform users.

Forming connections across Operations, Technology, Merchandising, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance teams will support you in your goal to identify upsell opportunities and better ways of working to reduce renewal risks.

Your ability to organize, follow up, and be proactive about customer issues will provide continuous improvements to your customer's satisfaction levels. Keen sales and business acumen will be crucial, and your technical aptitude for preventing problems as well as solving them will turn our customers into advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with our key clients through strategic initiatives to ensure long-term growth for both clients and Criteo.
  • Lead customer facing calls & presentations in nurturing relationships with brands & agencies.
  • Create new business opportunities by evangelizing, promoting adoption, and creating case studies for new products.
  • Support key clients (media owners / retailers) and their brands, agencies & suppliers to ensure a seamless platform experience.
  • Monitor and manage platform usage across your portfolio through receiving customer feedback, troubleshooting and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Work in close collaboration with various internal teams, including product managers, technical managers, and development managers as a Client Lead to optimize our client's experience.
  • Lead and support onboarding of our new clients and change management across the various stakeholders involved.
Who You Are:
  • This is a dynamic Senior Client Lead & Account Management role which suits a true strategic, creative and persistent, detail-oriented individual.
  • Strong interest in ad tech and retail media industry trends.
  • Experience working in a software, media or advertising landscape will be highly regarded.
  • 5-7+ years of account management relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use or adopt office and technical platforms to create, share and communicate documents.
  • A mindset that enjoys changes and ability to create own opportunities.
  • Experience in project management working with a variety of stakeholders.
