What is Therapy Focus?

Therapy Focus are a non-for-profit, community serviceorganisation who are specialists in individual therapy. Wehave a team of clinicians and administrative support staff, whowork collaboratively to develop comprehensive, individualisedtherapy plans to meet the needs and goals of our customers.

We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we arelooking for a self-motivated, experiencedScheduler with a focus on customer appointmentscheduling, maintaining customer records, data entry, receptionrelief, diary management and administrative support to ourcustomers and team of Allied Health professionals. Wecan consider part-time or fulltime hours and you can work from ourJoondalup or Yangebup bases.

What's required?

  • Proven background in appointment scheduling, extensivediary management and/or day to day logistics.
  • Previous hands-on experience of using scheduling or bookingsystems is highly desired
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and well-developedwritten communication skills
  • Proven time management capability with the ability tomulti-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processespromptly.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with MicrosoftOffice products and data management systems
  • The ability to build effective internal and externalrelationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Be willing to obtain National Police Check, NDIS WorkerScreening Check, Working with Children Check
