With the location of this organisation, it is essential this individual has access to their own transport, free parking is offered on site.

For this permanent full-time role, our client is offering a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Additionally, you will receive 10.5% superannuation, an annual target bonus of up to 5%, and a range of other benefits.

This role is office based Monday - Friday with standard working hours of 8.30am-4.30pm.

About the Role:

Duties:

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls promptly
  • Assisting customers with pricing inquiries, stock availability, and forward orders
  • Liaising with freight providers for delivery status and proof of delivery
  • Coordinating with logistics for color tinting, stock replenishment, and order processing
  • Monitoring back order lines and open sales order lines daily
  • Providing basic technical assistance to customers
  • Processing invoices and credits
  • Assisting the Customer Service Supervisor and crossfunctional teams as needed
  • Maintaining daily filing and distribution of mail
  • Replenishing literature and ensuring stock availability
  • Other duties as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a highlevel customer service environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customercentric approach
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset
